General Gynecology Problems

It is normal for women to have a small amount of vaginal discharge which will vary both in amount and appearance during different parts of the menstrual cycle. You should only become concerned if the discharge becomes heavier, changes colour, is itchy or has an unpleasant odour. This may be associated with infection so make sure you see a qualified
Gynecologist. You may need to take antibiotics. This is very important as an untreated infection may damage your tubes which might cause you to have an ectopic pregnancy or even make you infertile in the future.
